Customary Laws and Practices Relating to Land Property and the Right to Equality in Swaziland’s Constitution

Abstract

This article aims to reveal that the guarantees of fundamental rights to equality and non-discrimination upheld in Swaziland’s Constitution as well as the international human rights instruments to which Swaziland is a party are not as secure in the way in which they are currently provided. The equality rights and the right to non-discrimination provided for in this Constitution are not absolute.
